REIKI AND DFE REIKI
WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki (pronounced "ray-kee") is Japanese for universal life-force energy. Developed in the 1920s by Mikao Usui, Reiki is a simple yet powerful energy healing technique. Reiki therapy is well studied, and is used in hospitals and other traditional health settings. Some of the benefits of Reiki include pain relief (both physical and emotional), the release of stress and tension, and a rebalance of energy both within the body and the energetic fields around it.
HOW CAN I EXPERIENCE REIKI?
I have been a Reiki practitioner since 2003 and a Reiki Master Teacher since 2005. Reiki is the first energy work modality I learned and I still use it in every massage and energy work session. One of the most amazing things about Reiki is that it is just as effective at a distance as in person. I use Reiki in my virtual energy work sessions, coaching sessions, and in most of the guided meditations I offer both in group and one-on-one settings.
HOW CAN I LEARN REIKI?
Reiki training is offered as a combination of traditional learning and receiving attunements, sacred ceremonies passed down from the original creator of Reiki, Dr. Mikao Usui, through the generations of the Reiki Master Teachers who have come after him. These attunements open our energetic vessel in order to allow more energy to pass through us by inviting in the sacred energy of Reiki. They are received in three levels.

Reiki I (Self)
Reiki I is the introduction to Reiki and is often considered the "self-care" level. At this level of training students are introduced to Reiki, taught its history, and given the tools to practice Reiki on themselves. This attunement opens the body and energetic fields to channel Reiki.

Reiki II (Practitioner)
Reiki II is the practitioner level, and it is in this training that students receive the three sacred practitioner symbols. This attunement invites Reiki more fully into the body and energetic fields and attunes the student to the practitioner symbols for use in their own practice.

Reiki III (Master Practitioner)
Reiki III is the Master level, during which the student agrees to fully embody the principles of Reiki. This attunement greatly strengthens the flow of Reiki into the body and energetic fields and attunes the student to the Master symbol.
Please note: some teachers offer Reiki Master Practitioner and Master Teacher training together. I feel strongly that Reiki Master Teacher training should be done as a separate training to become adequately skilled at passing attunements. I am not offering this training at this time and Master Practitioner students will not be trained to give attunements.
These 3-hour trainings are offered one-on-one and include both the didactic portion and attunement ceremony. Reiki attunements are only offered in person at this time and must be booked with me directly. All Reiki students are encouraged to have at least one session with me to assess our compatibility for this intimate, powerful training. Reiki Master training will only be offered to those demonstrating proficiency and experience as Reiki practitioners.

WHAT IS DFE REIKI?
DFE Reiki is a brand new system of Reiki that combines traditional Reiki training and attunement with DFE Activation. This unique ceremony invites an incredibly powerful energetic opening along with the ability to channel a unique combination of Reiki and DFE energy. The three Reiki attunements align with the Integration Layers of DFE in a specific way. This sacred information was gifted to me by my Reiki and DFE spiritual guides through a series of visions/intuitive downloads.
HOW CAN I EXPERIENCE DFE REIKI?
Though my original training in Reiki was in the traditional Usui method, there was always something different in my Reiki that I could not really explain. It wasn't until I began receiving the information about DFE twenty years later that I realized I had been practicing DFE Reiki for years without realizing it was unique. I use both traditional and DFE Reiki in virtual and in person one-on-one sessions as well as group classes and meditations.
HOW CAN I LEARN DFE REIKI?
DFE Reiki training combines traditional Reiki training and attunement with DFE training and Activation. Students who complete this training will receive a traditional Reiki certificate along with their DFE Reiki certificate.

DFE Reiki I
Reiki I is the introduction to Reiki and is often considered the "self-care" level. At this level of training students are introduced to Reiki, taught its history, and given the tools to practice Reiki on themselves. DFE Reiki I includes training about DFE and the Emerald layer of DFE. This attunement opens the body and energetic fields to channel Reiki and Activates the Emerald Layer of DFE.

DFE Reiki II
Reiki II is the practitioner level, and it is in this training that students receive the three sacred practitioner symbols. DFE training is also deepened through learning about the Amethyst and Onyx layers. This attunement invites Reiki more fully into the body and energetic fields, attunes the student to the Reiki practitioner symbols for use in their own practice, and Activates the Amethyst and Onyx Layers of DFE.

DFE Reiki III
Reiki III is the Master level, during which the student agrees to fully embody the principles of Reiki. The DFE training is for Selenite, the final Integration Layer of DFE. This attunement greatly strengthens the flow of Reiki into the body and energetic fields, attunes the student to the Master symbol and Activates the powerful Selenite Layer of DFE.
These 4-hour trainings are offered one-on-one and include both the didactic portion and attunement ceremony. DFE Reiki attunements are only offered in person at this time and must be booked with me directly. All DFE Reiki students are encouraged to have at least one session with me to assess our compatibility for this intimate, powerful training. DFE Reiki Master training will only be offered to those demonstrating proficiency and experience as DFE Reiki practitioners.
